Taking a "Paws" to Praise Our Most Innovative and Creative Projects
This week Freshman English classes did an online scavenger hunt for mythology. The groups will take the information they found and create an iMovie to present to the class at the beginning of next week. Sophomore English classes are reading the play The Crucible. Speech students are working on an iMovie using pictures to tell a story. They will present their picture stories next week.

Freshman and Sophomore English classes both worked on using quotation marks and underlining things such as titles of short stories, books, song, albums, poems, etc. This is a skill the students will need in order to correctly write about what they are reading. It proved to be a little more difficult that I expected, so we worked on this for most of the week and took a quiz on Thursday. Speech students presented a speech about analyzing advertisements for logical fallacies.
