1st hr. 4th L.A.- Students started class each day by writing in their journals, doing the Daily Language Activity, & practicing handwriting. I taught the following lesson objectives: Distinguished between complete sentences & sentence fragments, identified statements & questions, wrote sentences with beginning capital letters & correct punctuation.
Students started class by writing in their journal. Finished up Unit 11 Pronouns. The following skills were covered: Identifying pronouns, singular & plural pronouns, words that pronouns refer to, subject pronouns, object pronouns, using I & me, identifying possessive pronouns, using possessive pronouns, contractions with pronouns & pronouns with pronouns. 4th S.S.- Finished up their president's project.
On Thursday, the 4th grade went on a field trip to Victor Landing.
