This is our last full week of school. This week we have been reviewing many things we have learned this year. Colors,
shapes, letter and sound recognition, number recognition, words we learned and several other things. During center time we got in groups and created buildings built out of building blocks. This week our theme was "Wonderful Water". We have had a lot of fun doing little activities with water. One of their favorites was doing our bubble activity. Our magic letter this week was the letter Jj along with reviewing all of our letters we've already learned. We went outside and read a book this week "Cordoroy Goes to the beach", then took lots of fun pictures. The kids really enjoyed this book and of course had fun going…

We have had a great week learning all about "The Garden". We learned our theme song "Plant some seeds as well as sang lots of other songs. We watched videos on the planting process and how the roots grow from seeds.
We planted radishes, carrots, and onions, in our root viewer and are anxiously waiting for our seeds to sprout roots and grow. We made several graphs this week about plants, tools and bugs we need and see in the…

This week our theme was Space/NIght/Day. Our theme song was Mr. Sun. For our vocabulary words we added night, sleep, dark, day, stars, moon, sun, and planets. For our phonological awareness we did onset rhyme blending. For letter/sound recognition we learned the letter Yy, and reviewed the number 1-10. For our shared writing we named things we do during the day and night. We read several books like: How the Sky Got its Stars, The Solar System and What Makes Day and Night.
