Taking a "Paws" to Praise Our Most Innovative and Creative Projects

This week our theme was "Weather".  For our theme song we sang "What's the Weather?"  We watched videos of the different kinds of clouds, rain and thunderstorms, tornadoes, sandstorm and snow.  For vocabulary we wrote words about the weather and for phonologiical awareness we did onset rhyme blend letter together.  For our shared writing we learned descriptive sentences: Ants have red heads.  They really enjoyed this.  We also watched and did our Cliffords Magazine online over the weather and played the game on the smartboard.  Our letter this week was the letter Uu and we reviewed the #6.  We were all excited because our butterfly larva came in and the caterpillars are moving. We have had a fun week.
